It’s that time again, where we highlight a few pieces of great content that employees are sharing across the social web. We get excited when we see posts that feature compelling stories and drive engagement. And even more so when it’s coming from customers of ours who really understand the value of Employee Advocacy, and the impact it’s having across their organizations.
Here are a few posts that caught my eye over the past month…
Their “Superhero Cyborgs” event brings children together with 3D design specialists to turn them into superheros with prosthetics. The 2016 Edelman Trust Barometer found that when companies are committed to societal issues Employee Advocacy and engagement increases.
When a company reaches a big milestone, the entire team can feel connected to the accomplishment. Not only will this type of company content get shared on social media by employees but it will also make a team feel proud to represent the brand.
Employees at Capital One are proud to share content that positions them as thought leaders. It strengthens their personal brand and increases their impact on social media. Capital One created an impactful infographic on financial technology predictions and trends that was picked up by Mashable and shared out by proud employees.
These are just a handful of the tens of thousands of shares that we see generated from passionate employees on a daily basis. It’s becoming second nature for employees to become more social, vocal, and ultimately more in sync with their company. We’re proud to be playing a part in it.
