Corporate Sales Development Representative (Outbound)

Dynamic Signal is looking for outbound Corporate Sales Development Representatives to join our amazing Sales team. You must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 months of experience in sale, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. We are looking for people who are eager to develop their professional skills in a challenging but cooperative environment.

Locations: San Bruno, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and converting marketing leads
  • Establish a strong relationship with Account Executives
  • Utilize Social Selling to engage prospects
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Dynamic Signal’s product and values, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Understand an organization’s business drivers, challenges, and pain points
  • Identify new opportunities to pass to the Account Executives
  • Follow a clear and defined qualification process for sales opportunities
  • Effective Data Management through internal and external sources such as CRM, social media, search engines and press
  • Reports to Manager, Corporate Sales Development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • +1 years of experience in sales, sales development, or professional field
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where change is constant
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and research skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills – Ability to build meaningful business relationships with Dynamic Signal prospects and internal colleagues
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to be creative, test solutions, measure results, and iterate on a process for continual improvement
  • Desire for continuous personal and professional coaching
  • Desire to rapidly grow and develop as a professional
