Senior Account Development Manager

Dynamic Signal is looking for a Senior Account Development Manager to supercharge our Sales team. You must have +1 years of sales experience and have a track record of success. We look for self-motivated individuals who can navigate complex relationships with the largest companies in the world.

Location: San Bruno, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and converting marketing leads
  • Establish a strong relationship with Field Account Executives
  • Execute an Account Based Sales Development strategy with the largest companies in the world
  • Utilize Social Selling to engage prospects
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Dynamic Signal’s product and values, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of business use cases with existing customers for targeted cross-selling
  • Understand an organization’s business drivers, challenges, and pain points
  • Identify new opportunities to pass to the Field Account Executives
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with prospects
  • Follow a clear and defined qualification process for sales opportunities
  • Effective Data Management through internal and external sources such as CRM, social media, search engines and press
  • Reports to Director, Sales Development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • +1 years of experience in sales, sales development, or account management
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • Ability to strategically navigate accounts to identify opportunities
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where change is constant
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and research skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills – Ability to build meaningful business relationships with Dynamic Signal customers, prospects and internal colleagues
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Have a firm grasp of sales best practices and be able to on-board and help train new team members
  • Willingness to be creative, test solutions, measure results, and iterate on a process for continual improvement
  • Desire for continuous personal and professional coaching
  • Desire to rapidly grow and develop as a professional
