What You’ll Do:

  • As a Sales Engineer, you will support our customers through the sales cycle along with our Sales and Strategy teams and ensure their continued satisfaction with our platform
  • Be responsible for all technical aspects of the sales cycle around our product and integrations
    Work with prospects in pre-sales phase to talk and discuss technical infrastructure (Platform, Network Connectivity, System Integration, APIs, SSO, Skinned Mobile apps etc.)
  • Participate in security reviews and technical discussions with the client’s IT and security teams and address any security or product related concerns
  • Occasionally be prepared to perform client and prospect demonstrations (Both virtual and in-person)
  • Proactively guide customers through their technical integration options and prescribe solutions based on their needs
  • Identify any custom technical requirements and coordinate as necessary with Product team
  • Assist with technical sections for RFP/RFI/Security Reviews and Vendor Assessments for new and existing clients
  • Maintain documentation on the ongoing client projects and integrations
  • Share sales and product insights and feedback with Product Management team to facilitate new features and updates

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with enterprise software solutions as a sales engineer or a solutions engineer
  • Ease performing in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
  • Strong leadership skills to own and lead all technical aspects of the sales process
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts/opportunities at the same time
  • Ability to create detailed technical proposal and implementation plan
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites with Strategy and Sales teams
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, must be dynamic in presenting ideas to clients and prospective clients
  • Interest in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with customers or internal clients
  • Experience with Single Sign On (SSO), analytics, APIs, publishing tools, social media platforms and IT Security
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS/CIS or any other technical field is a plus
