Susan Emerick is Manager of Enterprise Social Strategy & Programs at IBM and author of The Most Powerful Brand on Earth: How to Transform Teams, Empower Employees, Integrate Partners and Mobilize Customers to Beat the Competition in Digital and Social Media. A passionate marketer, adjunct professor and speaker, Susan enjoys navigating the redefinition of marketing “as we know it” as a result of emerging technology & big data. Susan established the IBM Select Program, an employee advocacy initiative designed to enable IBMers to effectively build reputation & influence in support of IBM’s business imperatives. Susan is an active member of WOMMA serving on the Research and Measurement Council. Most recently she helped to author the WOMMA Influencer Handbook, released in May 2013. She also serves on the Advisory boards of Social Media Today and MarketingProfs.
Lori Grey is a senior manager in Deloitte’s Brand and Eminence group, where she is responsible for the firm’s brand ambassador program. In this role since August 2012, Lori is the architect of the Deloitte Ambassador Corps, which is an opt-in group of hundreds of social media users who are inspired to amplify news that’s at the intersection of their personal interests and enhances Deloitte’s reputation. Prior to this role, Lori was a senior manager in Deloitte’s public relations department, where she provided strategic communications counsel for the firm’s efforts in philanthropy and talent initiatives. Lori has woven the thread of corporate citizenship throughout her career in communications, which has also included stints at the Development Corporation for Israel, Ruder Finn Public Relations, the Michigan Humane Society and Doner Advertising.
Sabrina joined Intel in 1997 and is currently the Director of Intel’s Ambassadors. The Intel Ambassador team is chartered with building Intel brand loyalists internally and externally. Intel Ambassadors are the voices of Intel’s unified brand story that reveals to the world what they stand for and why they should care. Sabrina leads this team to provide Intel with a competitive advantage and impact the bottom line.

Ajay Ramachandran is the Chief Marketing & Product Officer at Dynamic Signal. Ajay also serves as the Chairman of SourceN, a successful silicon valley based mobile and social web agency he co-founded that provides innovative strategy, creative and technology solutions for brands such as Apple, Disney, MTV, SAP, Dell, etc. Prior to SourceN, Ajay served as CTO and GM for TigerLogic Corp (TIGR), and was a senior executive at Electron Economy and USWeb. Ajay works closely with brands to help them align their strategy and marketing objectives with the rapidly growing opportunity of mobile & social media and to help them establish brand communities that reach large and targeted audiences. Ajay is an expert on mobile and social media ROI, earned media impressions and value, and can help a brand calibrate their investment in mobile & social media.
