Employee advocacy is the great marketing trend of 2014. That’s why brands like Intel, AMD, and Hitachi Data Systems have partnered with us to start employee advocacy programs within their companies.

Carter Hostelley, Founder and CEO of Leadtail, recently wrote an article on CMSWire in which he explores why employee advocacy matters, why it’s the opportune time to start a program, and how marketers can launch an employee advocacy program.

He also spoke with fellow social media and marketing experts, Mike Edelhart, who runs the Pivot conference for senior marketers, and Ted Rubin, social media strategist. Edelhart believes that employee advocacy is the next big thing marketers need to focus on. According to him, “It’s all about turning employees into a powerful force to advocate the company’s brand.”
