Adoption & Engagement: Essential Components of a Successful Employee Advocacy Program

By G.I. Sanders

September 23, 2014

Today we hosted the first in a running series of webinars dedicated to the best practices, strategies and challenges we’ve discovered alongside our clients in recent years. Our own VP of Business Development, Alex Cramer, was joined by industry thought leader Susan Emerick and the head of Deloitte’s employee ambassador program, Lori Grey.

The session covered the basics of employee programs up front, but quickly turned to specifics in regards to driving engagement & adoption, which were at the core of the topic. Our goal was to uncover real tactics from those who have actually had legitimate experience launching and maintaining these programs. Both Susan and Lori shed light on recruitment, recognition, personalization, and overcoming uncertainty and risk when launching an advocacy program.

The slides and full video presentation of the webinar are below in case you missed it.
