Today’s marketers have to be thinking outside the box and exploring new methods to gain market share through organic reach not easily attained by paid social strategies.

Employees seem like such an obvious answer to these problems, and for many they are indeed becoming the solution. But, it takes organization, training, and best practices to scale an employee based program, and that’s where technology really comes into play.
