Over 50% of all employees are already posting on social media, yet according to a recent Gallup poll, only 13% of employees worldwide are engaged at work.

I’d suggest social technology platforms are the “distribution channels” for your workforce to receive company communications. They give you the infrastructure to inform all employees with the highest-value, most current content and engage employees with content they can easily access via mobile; content that keeps them in the know with company news and is shareable with their social networks.
