There are billions of employees in the world with little or no access to timely relevant business communication, but almost all of these people have a smartphone and Facebook Messenger. That’s why we are really excited to announce our new integration with Messenger. For the first time, companies will connect their employees to company communications anywhere, anytime, without needing to download another app.

Think about it. Companies big and small have employees at retail locations, on factory floors, in remote offices, etc. Employees want to know what’s going on in their company but they can’t be reached effectively by their company’s communications. These valued employees have no access to corporate email addresses, intranets or corporate offices. But they do have mobile phones and Messenger.

With our Messenger integration, employees can now receive and safely share photos, videos, company communications and more anywhere they can access Messenger. They can do this around the world in 15 languages. The receiving and sharing of content becomes a seamless part of employees’ daily routines.

Our friends at Darden, the family of restaurants that include Olive Garden®, Seasons 52®, The Capital Grille®, and more, had this to say:

“At Seasons 52, our team members are our most valued resource. Trying to inform and engage a large number of employees who don’t have company email or access to other traditional channels can be challenging,” said Ben Paston, Social Marketing, Seasons 52. “The ability to reach them in a way that’s convenient, on smart phones and on apps they already use, like Messenger, could help us inform, engage and retain the very best people in our restaurant. That’s good for our teams, and great for our guests.”

One of the the things I am most proud of regarding Dynamic Signal is we have a record always being first: the first employee advocacy company, the first to connect employees to companies on the device level, now is the first platform for companies to communicate with employees on popular apps already on their devices. We help companies communicate with their employees wherever they are and on the technologies and applications they love most.
