Rapid Fire Friday with Eunsun Song

By

I’m not going to bury the lead here: Eunsun Song is about to blow your mind.

We’ve likely already established that Dynamic Signal’s finance team is the coolest with our #DySiRFF featuring World’s Greatest CFO, Bong Suh, but if there was any residual doubt that we have the most incredible finance team in all the land, I bring you Eunsun.

She is, without a doubt, one of the most fascinating people I think I’ve ever met.

I’ll start with this:

She owns a tarantula. And a lab. And chickens. A fascinating and unexpected combo to say the least.

One of our original Rapid Fire Friday questions was “Best childhood Halloween costume,” but Eunsun reminded me that she grew up in Korea where it’s not a thing. Korea to Kentucky. To Boston. (Where she got her Master’s Degree in vocal performance!!) To San Francisco. Again an unexpected and very cool combo, adding to the many fascinating layers of this finance superstar.

Eunsun lives with 3 professional golfers. Her husband and two sons. And yes, she golfs. (She loves the clothes!) She also loves food and whiskey and has one of the most enviable work wardrobes of all time.

It’s been said that great things come in small packages, and Eunsun is proof. For the last two plus years she’s been a big asset to Dynamic Signal. On our finance team, Eunsun is responsible for some of the tough stuff like billing and collections. This financial whiz also works closely with our sales team on contracts. And yes, they all adore her as you can imagine.

Remember when I said I wasn’t going to bury the lead and that Eunsun would blow your mind? Buckle up as you LISTEN TO HER SING.

And let me tell you what you can’t see in this video. A group of our SDRs were just off-camera in a meeting. When Eunsun started singing, heads turned and jaws dropped. (This includes Katie and Debbie behind the camera.) When we walked out of the room she got a well-deserved standing O.

I’m already working on booking her for an angelic holiday party performance. Stay tuned. I’ll let you know how that works out. In the meantime, just go ahead and start your slow clap now.
