Introducing Dynamic Signal’s New CEO

When Jim, Steve and I co-founded Dynamic Signal ten years ago we knew we were on to something special. But even we couldn’t have predicted the incredible technology platform we’ve been able share with the world while working alongside some of the greatest people, and best customers, we could have hoped to know. And today I’m excited to share that we’re adding another one of those great people to our team.

Effective today, Eric Brown is the new chief executive officer of Dynamic Signal and I couldn’t be more excited to introduce him.

But first, a look back…

Starting in 2010, Dynamic Signal created and led the employee advocacy category. With a growing list of customers who had an evolving set of needs, we recognized we could create something even more powerful. So, we carved out another new category and defined for the market the standard in Employee Communication and Engagement Platforms.

Over these last few years we’ve been able to add world-class leaders across every part of the company as we expanded offices, built incredible partnerships, and served a growing list of global companies. And today, more than 30 percent of the Fortune 100 is using what we’ve built to better connect and engage their employees around the globe.

We’re doing great! How can we get even better?

Whether it’s our technology or our culture, providing leading market research, or building a world-class customer success organization, continual improvement is always top of mind for us. And when I met Eric, I knew he was the right person to lead Dynamic Signal into the future.

Not only is Eric passionate about our business, but he has proven experience in creating large-scale enterprise success- Which means our momentum is only going to accelerate.

I’m proud to have Eric lead our company through this next phase of market leadership and I’m excited to work alongside him.

I’m not going anywhere.

I’m still chairman of the board, and I’ll still be active in day-to-day Dynamic Signal life. Only now I’ll be able to focus specifically on supporting product development, meeting with our incredible customers, and expanding our partnerships with Microsoft, Salesforce, Cisco, Deutsche Telekom and others. The future is brighter than ever, and I’m thrilled about how this new chapter is taking shape.

And to answer the burning question that is top of mind for everyone…

Yes, we will absolutely continue the most sacred #DySiTeam tradition: Taking the entire company to go see every new Fast & Furious movie released.

Because it’s the greatest movie franchise in the history of cinema.
Go ahead, @ me.
