We already knew that Sutter Health’s Michelle Grant, Mercer’s Danielle Guzman, and Ryder’s Amy Federman were something special. It’s why we were proud to honor Grant and Guzman as our Communicator of the Year during the last two Summit by Dynamic Signal conferences, and are pleased to be featuring Federman soon in a DySi webinar.
Now, Ragan Communications has noticed the same thing we did. Danielle, Michelle, and Amy are among the honorees of the upcoming Ragan’s Top Women in Communications awards. They’re included with what Ragan describes as “an elite list of women who are advancing the communications industry, inspiring their coworkers and peers and mentoring future generations of communications leaders.”
We’re beyond thrilled. It couldn’t happen to three more talented and genuinely nice people who are always willing to share what they know.
Danielle, the Global Head of Social Media & Distributed Content at Mercer, is a finalist in the Bridge Builder category.
She’s one of the true leaders in employee advocacy. Danielle specializes in harnessing the authentic voices of Mercer employees to help them build their personal brands on social media while also amplifying the company voice. Her 47,000 Twitter followers are a clear example of her expertise as a social media influencer.
I’ve been lucky enough to present with Danielle a couple of times at conferences, and it’s always amazing to watch how she connects with audience members who are eager to learn from her.
Michelle, a Communications Program Manager at Sutter Health, is a finalist in the Trailblazer category. She’s also a force of nature. Get her on a stage, and you can hear a pin drop. She manages the healthcare system’s Employee Communication and Engagement Platform – Team Sutter.
Michelle’s manager, Carey Peterson, told us that the platform had done more to contribute to strong company culture than anything else she’s ever seen at Sutter Health. Much of that is a testament to Michelle’s work as an evangelist for the platform.
Amy is another amazing communicator and a finalist in the Game-Changer category. As Vice President of Corporate Communications at Ryder, she’s doing incredible work by driving engagement with employees through great content and storytelling that encourages deeper, richer interactions.
At Dynamic Signal, we’re honored to contribute to the success of Danielle, Michelle, and Amy – as well as all of our other great customers.
