Continued Growth in Customer Success and Managed Services
These are exciting times at Dynamic Signal! We are seeing tremendous growth and usage of our platform from companies around the globe. In response, our Managed Services team, who assist a range of new and existing customers to create and improve their communication programs, is expanding. Additionally, we have enhanced our base Customer Success offerings by fortifying a new suite of Customer Success Services.
To help our customers continue to drive successful business outcomes, we’ve recently made several critical hires to expand our Customer Success and Managed Services teams:
Karla Jones joins Dynamic Signal to ensure we provide a best in class customer experience. She drives our Customer Success Suite Services offering by providing digitally-led best practices and solutions to our customers. Continuing to optimize both our general thought leadership, along with bespoke insights and recommendations, Karla manages the Suite Services team members as part of her role. We are very excited to have Karla join us as she brings substantial operational experience from her time as an Inspector General Officer in the Air Force as well as extensive product and marketing experience gained over 20 years at Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
Dee Morrissey is the latest addition to our Managed Services team. She provides deep strategic guidance and operational excellence to our growing customer base. Dee has worked with a wide range of companies to solve complex business challenges. She has deep experience in Lean Six Sigma, formal project management methodologies, international standards such as ISO27001, as well as knowledge of data protection, specifically related to GDPR. Having most recently run her own business, Dee brings a strong owner/operator mindset to the team.
Richard Totten is another new team member we are excited to have onboard. His focus is on delivering important market insights and performance data to our customers. As a bridge between our data engineers and customers, he helps ensure people have the information required to run a great employee communication and engagement program. Richard’s background is in both data systems and insights, two areas of expertise that will have a great impact for our customer base.
Lastly, we welcome back Daniel Yount (a DySi veteran) to the Managed Services team in a contractor role. As more customers leverage Managed Services; the importance of data is crucial as we help customers leverage sophisticated information for reporting and performance improvement. Daniel has a great passion for analytics and insights and it’s fantastic to have him back in this pivotal role. He’s already working with us to finesse reporting and deliver data in a meaningful way for our customers through strong analytics and insights.
Our customers are important and invaluable to us. Each hire we make is strategic and focused on how to create a better customer experience. The unique skillsets of each of our new hires will help us become an even stronger team at Dynamic Signal, helping us deliver more value to our customers.
