Where We Came From
When Russ, Steve, and I founded Dynamic Signal over 10 years ago in a small cold gray conference room in San Bruno, our vision was to build a company that solves real challenges for multinational companies across multiple industries.
Since the very beginning, Dynamic Signal was about giving employees access to information and cultivating a sense of belonging to their brands. In 2010, Dynamic Signal lead in the creation and innovation of the employee advocacy category and has since helped companies deploy and grow successful long-term programs. Through our rapid penetration of the Global 2K, we further learned from great customers that true advocacy is born out of connections. In 2015 we developed revolutionary solutions for employee communications and engagement.
As we crystallized our mission, we had one anchor: Our Dynamic Signal Team! Countless late nights. Odd-hour pizzas. Daily standups, 7 days a week. Trips around the globe to build lasting, meaningful relationships with customers. Whatever it took, we were there. From the very beginning, we were making an impact on large enterprise customers. This is who Dynamic Signal is: passionate, driven, empathetic people who are driven and focused on always doing the best for our customers at all times. It is through this North Star that we’ve been able to continually ensure we deliver on the trust our customers and partners have put in us. I am so incredibly proud to be a part of this team.
Where We Are Going
I am also endlessly grateful to our customers. From Purina and Capital One who have been working with us from the early days to Toyota, UPS, JetBlue, and Cox as members of our Customer Advisory Board as well as some of our newest customers such as US Steel and Pfizer. Thank you for being committed to transforming the way you communicate with your workforce to make sure that every employee is always fully empowered and engaged. These last 10+ years have been incredible.
And it’s only the beginning.
In one of the most challenging economic, social, and international climates of our lifetimes, it has become clearer and clearer that companies with a strong employee experience can weather any storm. Providing employees — whether they’re behind a desk or on the frontlines — with the local, up-to-date information they need to stay safe amidst constantly changing health department protocols. Checking in with workers through videos or messages from executives in regions hit hard by unprecedented storms. Regularly updating wellness programs and making them accessible by everyone. Allowing coworkers to interact — and even laugh together — over ideas or personal jokes. These are all access points for employees who, for potentially the first time in their career, have a means of communication and connection with the companies they work for.
And now, it’s time for us to go even further and deliver an even better digital employee experience.

We will be joining forces with an amazing team at SocialChorus that is equally driven towards the same goals. I have spent many hours with the founder of Social Chorus and their Chief Strategy Officer – Nicole Alvino. Nicole and I were able to share our vision, experiences, ideas, and some amazing stories that go back over a decade.
Beyond the fact that we are both founders, we both really care about our company and everyone on the teams. We have built a trusted relationship over the past couple of months. We are both 100% committed to doing everything in our powers to ensure this merger is successful and that we take care of our customers and partners.

We both agreed that it is critical to continue innovating in this amazing emerging category of employee experience. We both agreed that customers are the lifeblood of our future.
