Director, Channel Partnerships

With 25% of the Fortune 500 using Dynamic Signal today, we have proven that we are helping large organizations solve their complex employee communication challenges. We are looking for a Director, Channel Partnerships who is responsible for managing the relationship with Microsoft, Salesforce, Cisco, and Deutsche Telekom today, but also in building out additional strategic partnerships. You will work as the primary resource for building pipeline, coordinating resources, steering product/integration direction, and ensuring that our mutual sales teams work together to build a better solution to exponentially grow revenues. You will also be responsible to educate our partner leadership, sales, and CSM teams on what Dynamic Signal has to offer and how to position our products to their clients.

 Responsibilities:

  • You will become an expert in the Dynamic Signal platform and services offering
  • Work with all relevant resources at our partners to drive pipeline, increase customer engagements and build a revenue stream via these partnerships
  • Work with Dynamic Signal Sales Representatives in territory and by vertical to connect with our partner teams resulting in meaningful customer engagements
  • Build, cultivate, and develop strategic partnerships with all partner leadership and sales teams. You will be responsible for driving complex transactions involving multiple executive level budget holders and decision makers to closure.
  • Develop a solid working knowledge of Dynamic Signal products and understand the benefits they will provide to potential customers
  • Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators and competitive landscape
  • Cultivate strong consultative relationships and act as a primary point of contact for all relevant partner stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Consistently articulate Dynamic Signal value proposition to all partner leadership and sales teams in order to maintain and increase Dynamic Signal share of mind inside the partner’s ecosystems
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of partner’s Go to Market and how to effectively maximize the opportunity that each partnership presents
  • Maximize coverage within a defined region and penetrate organizations to utilize Dynamic Signal products
  • Coordinate sales activities with all relevant stakeholders at partner to identify and close new business
  • Work directly with both Dynamic Signal’s Product and Engineering teams as well as the partner’s Product teams to develop and build out solutions that represent a Better Together product for both parties
