Director of Demand Generation

Driving demand generation for our marketing team, this role will be directly responsible for Revenue Creation and Revenue Acceleration programs for our enterprise and mid-market business. This important role owns the overall demand generation plan by partnering with different marketing functions and the sales organization to drive high-velocity growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an enterprise multi-channel demand generation and account-based marketing strategy that is aligned with the sales team to achieve revenue and pipeline goals
  • Create programs for all stages of the funnel that includes generating new leads, nurturing them to generate MQLs, creating bottom-funnel programs to convert MQLs to opportunities, provide late-stage opportunity support to help close deals, and developing advocacy programs to achieve high retention
  • Understand the profile and needs of our ideal customer and translate those into compelling, engaging, and personalized marketing programs that result in measurable positive business outcomes.
  • Develop an integrated Account-Based Marketing program to target our top tier Enterprise accounts
  • Develop, scale, and manage marketing strategies across key inbound channels such as: SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, ASO, Email, Direct Mail, Referral
  • Ensure programs deliver on marketing qualified lead and cost per qualified lead goals
  • Analyze program performance and marketing attribution, continually optimizing for conversions
  • Collaborate across content, social, creative, and events to execute integrated marketing programs

Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-8 years of experience in a fast-paced, demand generation focused marketing organization for a high-growth SaaS organization
  • Proven ability to grow and nurture a database with increasing conversion and decreasing costs
  • Experience in setting an MQL and conversion goal and associated budget and experience delivering against those goals
  • A demonstrated understanding of the sales funnel and focus on driving leads, MQLs, and SQLs
  • Experience marketing to large enterprises and C-Suite
  • Account-based marketing campaign and/or software experience is highly desired
  • Online program management experience including PPC, content syndication, paid emails, and advertising
  • Experience building and growing a mar-tech stack with continual innovation
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience measuring marketing attribution
  • Some experience and familiarity using Salesforce.com to track marketing results
  • Intellectual curiosity – you strive to learn more about the customer and their goals – and how Dynamic Signal solves them
  • 3+ year management experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Not afraid to be a player/coach
