Revenue Operations Manager

Dynamic Signal is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join their team.  This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to join a growing SaaS company and help set up policies and processes.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Set up Deal-desk to identify standard and non-standard terms
  • Evaluate, approve, and process non-standard contracts
  • Build scalable revenue operations and improve our day-to-day processes and systems, including Salesforce and NetSuite
  • Interface with legal, sales, partnerships, customer success and finance on a daily basis
  • Partner with the business to lead review of commercial sales agreements to assess revenue recognition and bookings impact
  • Application of proper accounting guidance pursuant to ASC 606 and IFRS 15 as well as related GAAP pronouncements to customer contracts
  • Oversee reconciliation revenue, billings and deferred revenue
  • Participate in the financial statement close process by preparing and/or reviewing revenue related journal entries
  • Define, document, and communicate revenue recognition policies and procedures

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, degree in Accounting or business and CPA license preferred
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting
  • Must be able to think critically and recognize discrepancies and anomalies through analysis
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency
  • Ability to prioritize and work proactively and independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Team player with strong communication, customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite
