Revenue Operations Manager

Dynamic Signal is looking for a creative and analytical self-starter to join our Revenue Operations team. You’ll identify areas of improvement, do requirements discovery with business leaders, then scope and drive improvements in sales and customer success operations. You will also be the primary administrator of our Salesforce instance, in charge of permissions, data management, and integrations with other software platforms such as Clari, Marketo, and Gainsight.

This role is highly cross-functional. It requires technical know-how as well as strong communication and change management skills. You need experience building relationships and credibility with executive stakeholders as well as hands-on experience replacing inefficient processes with simple, scalable solutions in areas such as forecast, renewal management, SDR/AE account planning, ABM, and data quality/hygiene.


  • Drive growth and retention through operational improvements
  • Help develop prioritized operations roadmap and project-manage requests and projects
  • Reduce maintenance load across the business with simple, scalable process improvements
  • Develop effective relationships and communication with key stakeholders in other departments
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert and a key point of contact on tools, processes, and opportunity management
  • Partner to craft strong non-technical documentation and key playbooks for tools and workflows


  • 2-5 years of Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and/or Revenue Operations experience
  • Experience scoping, managing, and launching operations projects that span users and stakeholders in different departments
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or comparable experience
  • Strong skills in Salesforce declarative development
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and other sales-stack technologies (Clari, Outreach, etc)
  • Strong business judgement, project management skills and able to work independently
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Experience with Gainsight extremely helpful
