Sales Director, EMEA

Enterprise Software Sales (SaaS): Targeting the biggest companies across the UK and EU, building relationships, owning the sales process, and directing internal resources to help you close deals and hit quota.


  • Become an expert on Dynamic Signal platform and services offerings
  • Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators and the competitive landscape
  • Own a prospecting strategy, work with your SDR to develop a territory plan then direct a team-based outreach strategy to target key accounts and contacts
  • Manage your pipeline, sales activity and demonstrate an ability to accurately forecast revenue each quarter
  • Build relationships and sell consultatively to senior contacts within the biggest accounts across the UK and EU
  • Drive complex transactions with multiple budget holders and executive decision makers
  • Demonstrate leadership in a team-selling environment, engage internal resources to navigate RFPs, procurement, InfoSec, legal, and implementation processes
  • Exercise ‘extreme ownership’ of your quota and pipeline, and ultimately bring in revenue that directly impacts the success of the company


  • 7+ years selling SaaS to Communications, Marketing, HR, and/or IT within large enterprises
  • Proven sales record of obtaining / exceeding quota
  • Skilled in conducting presentations to executive level audiences
  • Experience in navigating and managing the many phases of an enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience as a leader in a team selling environment in pursuit of high value transaction
  • Experience adhering to a measured sales process and deploying proven sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC)
  • Proven Success prospecting, engaging, acquiring enterprise customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to convey and relate ideas to others
  • Willingness to come into the office most days (London Bridge)
  • Experience working in a remote office where self-starter mindness is required
  • Positive and energetic attitude with a willingness to perform and get things done


  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
