Sales Enablement Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Schedule individual and team training plans on a regular basis
  • Oversee training material, suggest improvements, and manage routine content updates
  • Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs
  • Report on training program effectiveness and program ROI
  • Deliver training sessions and serve as an expert in specialized training areas
  • Run and program manage the existing onboarding programs
  • Serve as a sales coach and mentor to the sales organization (role based)
  • Assist subject matter experts to obtain content for training programs

Experience & Skills

  • Professional experience working with sales, sales operations, HR, and sales leadership
  • Strong desire to take initiative; thrive on change and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Experience in a hyper growth sales organizations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to successfully delivering a training program
  • Understanding of sales process and sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and team management skills
