Sales Operations Manager

Dynamic Signal is looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and creative Salesforce & Sales Operations Manager to join the Revenue Operations team. As the leader of Salesforce, you will be the primary administrator of our Salesforce instance. You’ll identify areas of improvement and strategize how to best approach with an eye for scalability and cross-functional alignment. With a special focus for process improvements, you will be responsible collaborating with SDR and sales management to help guide changes involving people, process and technology. You will design and drive forward projects to improve sales execution while setting clear goals for cross-functional teams involving sales leadership, and finance. You have hands-on experience with scaling sales operations and with projects such as territory planning, account assignments, and data quality/hygiene.

Responsibilities 
  • Help develop prioritized roadmap of run-the-business enhancements and optimizations to existing tools and related CRM integrations and functionality 
  • Develop effective relationships and communication with key stakeholders in other departments 
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert and a key point of contact on tools and process within for the sales teams within the Revenue Operations team 
  • Partner with cross-company stakeholders to ensure business objectives of enhancements and optimizations are met in harmony with existing sales operations and sales processes 
  • Partner to craft strong non-technical documentation and key playbooks for tools and workflows leveraged by Sales Operations and related key functions 
Requirements 
  • 4-6 years of Business Operations, Sales Operations and/or Finance experience 
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and other sales-stack technologies (InsightSquared, Clari, Troops.ai, Salesloft, etc) 
  • Strong business judgement, project management skills and able to work independently 
  • High degree of attention to detail 
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or comparable experience 
  • Experience with Gainsight extremely helpful
