SDR Manager

The Sales Development Management team at Dynamic Signal is looking for a passionate and motivated leader to help develop a team of Sales Development Representatives at one of Silicon Valley’s fastest growing SaaS companies. Our elite sales development team continues to be recognized as one of the top in the industry and is both focused on driving the business and developing clear career paths to sales, customer success, marketing, etc.

At Dynamic Signal, we provide a modern platform that many of the world’s largest companies are using to communicate with their employees. The goal of your work is to hire, train and coach a team of SDRs to generate pipeline for our Sales Team.

Your team will build early stage relationships with executives that will ultimately turn into both new business and expansion within the current customer base which include over 100 companies in the Fortune 500.

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Coach SDRs to achieve and exceed quota and coach and mentor throughout SDR tenure
  • Provide leadership, development, and training to the Sales Development team
  • Teach creative, personalized and strategic outreach to secure meetings with executives at the world’s largest companies
  • Hire and recruit an elite team of talent
  • Manage early pipeline with Sellers and Sales Leadership
  • Continuously track metrics and improve efficiency of the SDRs
  • Learn how to build, scale and optimize a large team at a fast-growing company
  • Strong partnerships with our cross-functional GTM teams to measure and predict our Top of Funnel metrics
  • Building an outbound sales development team and process to complement our existing inbound sales development teams
  • Constantly testing new and innovative ways to capture and convert prospective customers
  • Proven experience–and passion for–teaching, developing, and growing the people they work with
  • Successful track record of designing, implementing, and validating processes and policies
  • The ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities (ability to make trade-offs effectively) and adapt rapidly to a fluid, high-growth environment
  • Team player with a strong sense of ownership, “get things done” attitude and problem solver who brings valuable and thoughtful options to increase revenue

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong recruiting and interview skills
  • Experience as a successful SDR
  • Experience leading an SDR team or as a team lead
  • An achievement mindset, be intrinsically motivated, results oriented and accountable
  • Experience with Salesforce and data reporting
