Senior Manager, Professional Services

You are a Professional Services leader with a proven track record of successful enterprise SaaS leadership. You take pride in providing customers with quick time to value and delivering great technical solutions. You bring a data driven approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

In this role you will be tasked with ensuring that we can drive great results for customers and put them in a position to reach their respective workforces. You will play a critical role in ensuring the Professional Services team continues to deliver these results while also hitting KPIs.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Delivery leadership that includes billable utilization, capacity planning, forecasting, and project profitability of your team
  • Career development and growth for team members seeking to advance their mastery of Professional Services
  • Develop strong intercompany relationships, contribute to and drive company culture and help drive internal and growth initiatives
  • Executive presence. Comfort with ambiguity and C-level communication
  • Proven ability to present technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business topics
  • Drive Statements of Work creation, validation, and approval process by working with pre-sales teams and prospects
  • Report on and analyze data and patterns from the team to improve outcomes, performance, and capabilities
  • Build strong intercompany relationships to help drive growth initiatives
  • Able to effectively manage scope change within a project or program
  • Identify areas of process improvement and drive change

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At-least 8 years of experience; with at-least 4+ years as a manager
  • Successful candidates must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, customer focus and results orientation
  • Technology experience or awareness in either of the following:
  • ERP, CRM, accounting systems, HRIS, provisioning systems
  • Knowledge of Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST
  • Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
