Solutions Consultant

Solutions Consultants are responsible for providing value, impact, and credibility to existing and potential Customers during the sales process by demonstrating an expert-level understanding of our product, best practices, customers, and industry. Solutions Consultants identify the communication and engagement challenges that existing and potential Customers are experiencing and create a value-driven solution that directly addresses those challenges. The team engages in activities globally that support sales opportunities spanning all Customer verticals and industries.

Success in the role of a Solution Consultant will include but not be limited to:

  • Build relationships and trust with new and existing Customers and Partners
  • Assist Customers with solution mapping and recommendations
  • Provide technical overview of the platform and our security standards, handle technical objections, and scope initial technical requirements
  • Lead workshops to capture Customer strategic objectives, challenges and future state requirements to guide and inform implementation and rollout planning
  • Deliver Partnership/Professional Services presentations that focus on the customer journey & methodology and present Dynamic Signal as the best partner
  • Share best practices using existing client examples and storytelling
  • Manage proof-of-concepts and ensure our product and level of support and partnership are well represented
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations to a wide variety of audiences, which include marketing professionals and engineers, C-suite and day-to-day administrators
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues in Sales, Alliances, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product Marketing and Product teams to deliver optimal solution plan and Customer outcomes
  • Own Implementation Statement of Work and liaise with other internal teams as needed
  • Help transition new customers from the Sales process to the Customer Success team

 Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years implementing enterprise solutions in consulting or services organization with experience in enterprise software, digital media/social media, performance marketing, account management, customer success, or strategic/solutions consulting and have an undergraduate degree in a quantitative, technical, or marketing field.
  • You are a problem-solver able to effectively use lessons learned, iterate and improve. You like to address matters proactively, come up with creative solutions and plan for the future.
  • You have a distinct passion for technology and understand the marketing and communications technology landscape
  • You have the ability to tell a story which offers a solution to a problem – written, visually, and verbally
  • You like being a client-facing expert
  • You have a proven track record of managing multiple accounts/projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Demonstrate skill to quickly learn, adapt, and take ownership within a dynamic environment
  • Travel up to 50%
