Dynamic Signal has a policy of terminating the end-user accounts of parties who repeatedly infringe copyright holders’ copyrights. You will be considered a “repeat infringer” if, on more than two occasions, you have had infringing removed from our services under our DMCA policy.

Please know that Dynamic Signal is an employee communications and advocacy platform used by other organizations. If your notice first goes directly to an organization that uses our service, that organization will be initially responsible for addressing the complaint.
Dynamic Signal may request additional information before removing or disabling access to the infringing material. We may also provide the person responsible for posting such materials with your contact information email address so that the person may respond to your allegations.

Dynamic Signal’s copyright agent will deliver the counter-notification to the individual who filed the original DMCA takedown notice. Once the notification has been delivered, Dynamic Signal is authorized to reinstate the removed material and cease disabling access unless we receive notice within 10 business days that the original individual is proceeding with a court order against the alleged infringer.
