Dynamic Signal, Inc. (“DySi”, “us”, “our”, or “we”) is a technology company and provides cloud-based services (which include websites, mobile apps, and other technology and services) dedicated to employee communications and engagement.
The following are legal terms and conditions for various parties who purchase or use our products and services.
Terms with our Dynamic Signal Platform Customers:
- The Software as a Service Agreement (SaaS Agreement) governs our terms and conditions when we are engaged by a company or other organization (Customer) to use our cloud-based employee communications and engagement platform (“Dynamic Signal Platform” or “Platform”).
- The Service Level Agreement (SLA) describes our service level commitments to our Dynamic Signal Platform Customers under the SaaS Agreement.
- Our Data Protection Addendum (DPA) is available for any Customer who require DySi to process personal data falling within the scope of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
